A simple party game app
Reverse Charades is a simple party game app, with few bells and whistles. It doesn't look terribly slick, but then again it doesn't really need to, the main point is just to serve up words and keep track of the game. It's easy to use, and the customisation settings are easy to understand and allow you to set up the game however you like (although it will always be relatively fast-paced, with short rounds). However, the base app doesn't include many words, hampering replay value significantly unless you use the in-app purchase feature to buy additional ones. This is the most serious flaw in a game with an otherwise fun concept.
Fun but hardly necessary
The beauty of party games is that they're simple enough for anyone to play. As a result, the Reverse Charades app, although fun, feels a little unnecessary, especially with its in-app purchases. Still, it can be a handy tool to get a game going.
